This role provides a strong foundation for becoming a skilled and confident sales professional. You’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation and relationship building, setting the stage for long-term success in sales.You will be motivated and committed to reaching daily targets for which you’ll receive a strong commission structure in addition to your base salary.To help you succeed, we’ve built a clear 12-month career progression plan to support your growth. If you perform well and to set metrics, you’ll move into a Senior SDR role with involvement in the early stages of the direct sales cycle.
