Our company, founded by Mindy Paul is a coaching business for 6, 7, and 8 figure business owners looking to grow their business rapidly. We use powerful business strategies and mindset training to create explosive growth for our clients.
ROLE
As Business Development Manager (BDM) you'll manage your own pipeline of prospects. BDM understands that they are more than “Sales”, they are the first impression a prospect will get of the company and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. You understand that the sales process itself is a choreographed experience that should create exclusivity and FOMO, and have the customer begging to buy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call NEW leads that we receive from our online marketing, on a daily basis (100 calls a day). Most of these leads are cold to our services but have opted into our email system because they're interested in growing their business. You'll filter through these leads to see who's qualified, and you'll then schedule a strategy call (sales call) with qualified leads.
- Continue to nurture consistently any prospects that don't close on sales calls, over extended periods.
- Create your own pipeline by going out into the world, networking events, tradeshows, speaking to business owners door-to-door, and other unique ways to get business in.
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day.
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM.
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM.
- Educate prospects on our mentorship program from an expert perspective.
- Allow the CEO to shadow calls, listen to recordings and give feedback on a weekly basis.
- Available from 9am-5:30pm to take calls.
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry.
- Continually better your skills by indulging in expert sales training (we invest with the best sales coaches in the world).
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our prospects and clients.
- Ensure smooth transitions from sales to client servicing team and continuing to check-in on the client for a few weeks after they've become a client.
REQUIREMENTS
- High-volume transactional sales experience (high-ticket, coaching services, etc.)
- Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference.
- Experience with business to business (B2B)
- Must be great at presenting.
- Open to learning new processes in sales.
- Hungry, driven and motivated with a strong mindset.
- Open to growing rapidly.
- Self-sufficient, highly motivated and able to properly manage one’s own time.
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the CEO.
LOCATION
- REMOTE, but must be able to commute to Milton Keynes office once a week.
SALARY
- Between £40k - £50k base salary depending on experience + commission per sale.
AVAILABILITY
- Monday - Friday, 9am–5:30pm
- Must be flexible and able to work additional hours, weekends and holidays if the situation warrants it.

- We use Slack – for internal communications.
- We value over-communication (more context the better).
- We value speed in communication (be prompt in responding or provide context as to why you may be slow to respond).
- Weekly Team Meetings.
- Weekly meetings with CEO.
