So you can take on whatevertangleslife throws your way.The roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced AP Transaction Lead to join our team. You will be overseeing the AP function globally reporting into the Senior Finance Transactional Manager working closely with the Finance Assistant. This position will give the right individual the opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the worlds most ingenious and loved brandsIn this roleyoullget to:Take responsibility for all AP including overseeingthe USwork while being personally responsible for UK postings.Coachand mentor the AP Finance AssistantOwn AP close at month-end for both the UK & US.Review the aged payables report on a weekly basis.Process purchase ledger invoices for all UK vendors andreconciling these accounts monthly.Processcredit card transactions and expenses.Process mid-month and end of the month payment runs (BACS FX & TT INC) as well as anyadhocpayments.Drive process improvements including suggesting & implementing your own ideas.Managethe training of PO and expense processes for all new starters.Revaluethe FX bank accounts at month end and reconciling against the trial balance.Assistwith statutory audit preparation.Support cash-flow projections.What we are looking for in you:A minimum of3years of experiencein AccountsPayable or similar roles.A good levelof MS Excel and Outlook skills.Microsoft Navision (desired but not essential).Strong organisation skillswiththe ability to meet strict deadlines.Ahigh levelof accuracy and attention to detail.A team playerwiththe ability to also work unsupervised.A good communicator with interpersonal skills.We know that imposter syndromecan get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates so pleasedonthesitate to apply even if youdonttick everything on the list wedlove to hear from youThe good Stuff:For all your hard work and dedication we have fantastic rewards for you Flexible working hours with core hours from 10am to 4pm Working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home Pet friendly office.
