Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Technican to join our team. The AV Techinican will install and maintain AV systems across various residental projects in UK and across europe. This role requires a strong technical background in AV technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Implement AV systems for conference rooms, auditoriums, and other venues
  • Install and configure AV equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, and video conferencing systems
  • Conduct site surveys to assess technical needs for AV installations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems
  • Maintain and update AV equipment and software as required
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on AV system operation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AV technology


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in installing AV systems
  • Strong knowledge of AV technology, including signal flow, digital signal processing, and control systems
  • Experience with leading AV equipment and software, such as Crestron, Extron, Lutron, Control4, and Biamp
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Industry certifications like CTS or CTS-D are a plus
