Our client, a prominent player in the HR and administration sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator for a fixed-term position. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction through meticulous administrative support and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Handle enquiries from customers regarding products, services and order statusRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely mannerEnsure customer information is accurate and up to date in company recordsProvide administration support for quotations of all new projectsLiaise with material control and manufacturing departments for delivery promisesBook out service exchanges, repair transmissions, and spring couplingsInput and book out spare part ordersMaintain up-to-date records on outstanding transmissions with customersProcess and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfactionSupport the warranty claim system in collaboration with other team members and the service teamCarry out back-to-back ordering for parts from Germany when requiredLiaise with Germany to progress urgent ordersAssist in other company projects or tasks as and when requiredJob Requirements:Experience in technical mechanical sales administrationExperience of dealing directly with customersCommercial acumenGood telephone mannerProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational and multi-tasking skillsBenefits:Fixed-term position with potential opportunities for career growthEngaging and dynamic work environmentOpportunity to work closely with a variety of departmentsComprehensive employee benefits packageIf you have a background in sales administration and are eager to contribute to a thriving team, we would love to hear from you.
