We are seeking a Cruise Product Executive to join a dynamic team based just outside of Manchester. As a Cruise Product Executive, you will play a pivotal role in curating and enhancing the cruise offerings to ensure unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and evaluate cruise products and itineraries to ensure they align with company standards and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with cruise line partners to optimize product offerings and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional campaigns and materials to drive sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and enhancement.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of cruise products.
  • Provide product training and support to sales teams to enhance their knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on cruise products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
