You will be involved in defining, designing, building, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across a variety of online and offline platforms including social media to drive customer engagement and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To generate homeowner and commercial leads and appointments to pass on to the sales team by using online and offline marketing activities
- B2B social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter
- Creating targeted marketing lists
- Writing engaging blogs and content to improve SEO and drive traffic to the website
- Helping to keep a track of samples and their usage
- Designing an creating engaging adverts for newspapers, magazines, and for online audiences
- Helping with trade shows - preparation for the shows, creating online profiles etc.
- Helping to create and own the marketing ‘Bible’ - their internal marketing how-to guide
- Liaising with and briefing projects to external agencies, designers and print companies
- Some travel may be required with the role

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must be good at writing and creating engaging content for social media, blogs & editorials etc. (This will be a key part of the role).
- Experience using graphic design packages I,e. Adobe suite, Photoshop, Canva
- Experience in creating, updating / uploading new content to websites
- Social media management
- Knowledge of marketing video production
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A hands on and can do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and towards KPI’s and targets

Mon-Fri 8:45am - 17:15pm with dress down Friday and rota'd early Friday finish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,069.00-£27,990.00 per year
