We are currently working with a leading Healthcare Technology business who are growing their Customer Success team We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will work closely with the businesses customers to retain, grow and manage large account portfolios whilst building strong relationships along the way.


We are seeking someone who enjoys relationship building and someone who is able to define and achieve client success. This is a remote, UK wide position.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within Health Tech and employee benefits market.
  • Consultative B2B Sales experience
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management
  • Familiarity with Employee Assistance, Wellness, Health Benefits, Recognition, Perks or Human Capital Management market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
