Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NDC DC Operative. This role is primarily focused on fulfilling the requirements of daily operations in areas such as Outbound Goods Dispatch and Goods Receipt. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Supply Chain department, working closely with the DC Shift Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Responsibilities:

- Fulfill daily operational activities within a designated team.

- Work towards set personal and warehouse KPIs, ensuring all deliveries leave on time.

- Efficiently manage Goods Receipt of stock and its subsequent storage in the correct temperature-controlled areas.

- Prioritize urgent requirements and process cross-docked items in a timely manner.

- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles and the general handling of materials throughout the site.

- Accurately pick customer orders in accordance with material number, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and temperature condition.

- Efficiently dispatch all customer orders from the NDC, considering all customer, compliance, and quality requirements.

- Maintain a safe, clean working environment and clean/undamaged saleable stock.

- Carry out daily inventory checks as required.


Key Skills and Requirements:

- Experience in Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations.

- Knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP EWM Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing business needs.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

- Experience in forklift truck driving is desirable but not essential.
