Job Summary:
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill daily operational activities within a designated team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Work towards set personal and warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring all deliveries leave on time and meet quality standards.
- Efficiently manage Goods Receipt of stock and its subsequent storage in the correct temperature-controlled areas, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prioritize urgent requirements and process cross-docked items in a timely manner, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles and the general handling of materials throughout the site, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Accurately pick customer orders in accordance with material number, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and temperature condition, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Efficiently dispatch all customer orders from the warehouse, considering all customer, compliance, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment and clean/undamaged saleable stock, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out daily inventory checks as required, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP EWM Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing business needs, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer focus and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience in forklift truck driving is desirable but not essential.
