We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join a dynamic organisation at an exciting time of transformation. The RoleThis is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to shape and embed a fresh internal communications function. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to foster a transparent, inclusive, and values-driven culture through impactful messaging and engaging events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of in-person staff engagement events including monthly company meetings, senior management forums, and town halls.Draft compelling scripts, messages, and presentations for leadership communications.Manage and evolve internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and internal emails.Create inclusive, high-quality content that reflects diverse voices and stories.Use analytics and feedback tools to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and guide internal communication strategies.Support the development of internal communication toolkits and governance frameworks.About YouYou’ll bring:Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within a complex or creative organisation.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.A track record of delivering impactful internal events and campaigns.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders.Experience managing digital communication platforms and adapting content for diverse audiences.A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.DesirableFamiliarity with intranet platforms, email tools, or engagement apps.An interest in the arts, culture, or creative industries is a plus.
