Description

  • Manage and oversee internal communications strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organisation.
  • Visit fire stations to ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of informative materials.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Support other departments with their communication needs.
  • Attend team meetings and share insights from a communications perspective.

Profile

A successful Internal Communications Officer should have:

  • An educational background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an internal communications or communications role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing internal communication strategies within an organisation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members across various departments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary from £28,000 to £33,000 per year.
