Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to enhance communication and support for residents during various housing projects. This role is essential in ensuring that residents are well-informed and supported throughout refurbishment and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents to facilitate smooth communication.
- Provide essential information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works.
- Schedule appointments and manage your own calendar effectively.
- Conduct pre-entry visits and company orientations.
- Collect necessary tenancy agreement and approval documentation.
- Visit residents to inform them about ongoing and upcoming work.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with neighborhood housing associations to foster working relationships.
- Guide potential tenants through refurbished properties and inform them about completion timelines.
- Lead tenant forum meetings to update residents on project developments.
- Monitor and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in face-to-face customer service, preferably within the Housing or Construction sectors. A full driving license and personal transportation are essential, along with a current CSCS Card.
