Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Continuous Improvement Coordinator, who has a passion for CI, to join a well-established FMCG business and be a pivotal part of their operation


Our client is a market leading FMCG business who are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive excellence and innovation across the business.


As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement.


This is a diverse role that will see you supporting frontline delivery of CI projects, ensuring alignment with the OpEx strategy.


A role that’s all about projects, process, and people, you’ll need to be an influential leader offering coaching and training to the team.


This role would suit an ambitious individual who is eager to progress in their CI Career and join an established business. You will need to have some understanding of CI and had exposure to CI within manufacturing, ideally FMCG.


It will be advantageous If you had lean six sigma certification and proficiency in GMP.

Please note this is a Monday to Friday role working nights.
