We are looking for people with enthusiasm experience in L&D or learning design and a keen interest in employee experience and engagement.You will be part of a wider People Services team made up of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing People Operations Employee Relations and Business Partnering and will work in a large (c.500 employees) law firm based in Bristol. This is a part time vacancy 21 hours per week Monday - Friday.Key responsibilities Working with Senior Managers and the People Business Partners to understand the current and future L&D needs of the business and our people. Creation of a digital L&D offering that allows our people to access relevant information and materials in an accessible and engaging format. Project management of internal projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget with support of the rest of the team. Overseeing the apprenticeship programme early careers advice and training budgets for the divisions. Delivering the L&D elements of the firms Information Security plan. Managing the L&D team (L&D Advisor and L&D Assistant) and any external suppliers ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of the service. Building strong relationships with senior managers and the wider People Services team as well as leading or contributing to people vision projects.Essential experience and skills Experience of working in an L&D or an employee engagement role Ability to build relationships by understanding the needs and drivers of others Detailed understanding of the employee life cycle and employee experience Must be resourceful and proactive Microsoft Office and related toolsWe offer a comprehensive range of benefits including a 35hr working week and 25 days annual leave ( bank holidays and up to additional 1.5 days at Christmas).
