Our client is an award-winning national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Supervisor to join them in either Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth or Southampton.

The role will involve managing your own portfolio of company secretarial work. You will be drafting board minutes and shareholder resolutions, acting as first point of contact for clients with company secretarial requests, taking responsibility for managing their requirements and expectations day to day. You will also be working with a number of internal stakeholders with regards to all necessary company secretarial work, supervising the work of junior members of staff, drafting relevant forms and associated documents, as well as completing Company House filings, etc.

To be considered, you must have relevant experience of working as a Company Secretary, or be an Assistant to a Company Secretary ready to progress. You must have gained prior experience in a professional services environment.

On offer is a competitive salary (depending on experience) and a very attractive benefits package. They are happy to consider both part-time and full-time candidates and also offer a blend off home and office working.
