The team in Leeds is led by 6 Partners.The RoleAs a mid-level Associate in the Commercial team you will work on complex high-value commercial and technology projects advising on medium to large-scale transactions across a variety of sectors particularly where digitalisation outsourcing and regulatory change converge.Youll be working on high-impact matters for some of the most sophisticated clients YouEssential Requirements:Qualified Solicitor in England and WalesAt least 3 years post-qualification experience in private practice or in-houseStrong technical knowledge of commercial lawExperience
