**About the Technology Enablement Team**

Join our dynamic Technology Enablement team within Professional Services, where we are dedicated to transforming client operations through the innovative deployment of Microsoft 365 technologies and its related security capabilities. Our mission is to empower organisations by enhancing productivity and collaboration while safeguarding their data and assets with cutting-edge security solutions. We work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, providing tailored strategies that leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365, ensuring a seamless and secure transition to a more efficient digital workspace. **Who we're looking for**:
We are seeking agile and passionate individuals to fill the role of Technology Associate in our Technology Enablement team. This entry-level position offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and upskilling across the Technology Enablement domain. We are looking for someone who is:

- Curious and wants to broaden their understanding of the Microsoft technology space.

**What you’ll learn as an Advania Technology Associate - Technology Enablement**:
Some of the day-to-day activities that you will develop within this programme will include:

- Helping to support the discovery, design, testing, implementation, rollout, and maintenance of new software and hardware solutions.
- Working directly with our clients to help them get the most from their technology investments.
- Collaborating with other teams to understand and meet client needs and business objectives.
- Working collaboratively with senior colleagues on various projects, offering fresh insights and innovative ideas.
- Staying updated on latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies.

You will also have time to pursue other educational opportunities for personal growth and professional development.

**Your background**:
To set you up for success we’ll be looking for people with:

- A passion for all things Microsoft
- Minimum 6 months+ experience in a professional business setting or a relevant degree
