Role Overview We are seeking a future team member for the Operations Reclaims Projects & Test Lead position within our Tax Operations Strategy team, located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Support requirement refinement, planning and implementation of application enhancements, and participate in functional and operational requirement development. Test developed processes and train users on application enhancements and deployments. Interface with Product and Engineering on behalf of Operations to improve business processes. Produce materials and train Operations staff on application enhancements and deployments. Track and action tasks related to Operational Readiness activities. Support weekend implementations (approximately one per month), validating production releases. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Experience in Custody Operations, ideally Income Processing or Tax (Reclaims/Payments/Documentation). Experience writing test scripts and executing User Acceptance Testing. Experience with Jira.
