Your role will be to provide B2B customers with an excellent level of service. Our client is seeking an outgoing and self-motivated individual who is equally at home managing inbound, as outbound customer calls. The successful candidate will need first-class customer engagement skills, be excellent at multitasking and able to manage data with accuracy and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for customers via calls and emails, responsible for creating quotations, processing orders, liaising with internal and external logistics teams, proactively calling customers who have requested quotations to cross-sell and close business. What you'll get in returnThis is an amazing opportunity for someone to make this role their own and have a direct impact on the success of the business. This role is fully office based during the probation period and then 4 days in the office and 1 day of remote working. Please note; this role is based in a location with no access to public transport.
