HGV Fleet Manager £65,000 Basic Annual Salary Monday - Friday Day Shift About the Role: We have partnered with an innovative renewable energy company, specialising in production of energy from waste. Due to continued success we are looking to recruit a Fleet Manager to head up compliance and management of HGV and vehicle fleet for all business units. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance: Ensuring optimum fleet utilisation through management of the workshop teams Ensure Compliance : Oversee the companys fleet operations to guarantee adherence to all relevant legal, safety, and operational standards. Regulatory Oversight : Manage compliance across key areas, including: Vehicle maintenance, Driver conduct, Licensing requirements, Tachograph management, DVSA standards Risk Minimisation : Play a critical role in identifying and reducing compliance-related risks. Operator Licence Maintenance : Maintain full compliance with operator licence obligations. Continuous Improvement : Drive ongoing enhancements in both safety protocols and operational performance.
