Senior Electrical Engineer (Building Services) - West Yorkshire - Salary to £55,000 (DOE), hybrid - fantastic benefits

If so then my award-winning client is offering the opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer (Building Services) to work within a multi-discipline team on projects ranging from industrial buildings to new build homes, schools to refurbishments.

You will be responsible for providing services relating to building pathology, design, project management, building surveys and contract administration as well as producing detailed electrical services design and managing a busy and varied project workload. , appreciate complex situations and communicate clearly when working closely with other disciplines to deliver engineering solutions to meet client's budgets and programmes. You will have experience of production of Electrical Building Services design calculations using various techniques including software such as Hevacomp and Electrical OM, producing feasibility reports, condition surveys, design specifications and drawings suitable for all RIBA work stages, overseeing and supervising installations of building services systems, undertaking commissioning management and carrying out project design and complete H&S risk assessments to meet current CDM regulation requirements.

This position involves site visits to carry out inspections and surveys across current and planned projects across the North of England.
