Lettings Administrator

Our client are an award winning, multi office independent estate agency are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their busy Admin hub in Burnham. The role will require someone with previous Lettings administration experience within the property industry.
You must be a well organised, self motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail.Salary package and benefits of this Property Administrator role will include:
- Basic £25,000
- Weekly Rota of Monday - Friday 9-6/ Monday - Friday 8:30-5:15
- Excellent training and development
- Parking at the office
- Career progression
The main areas of responsibility for this Property Administrator role will include:
- Sending out inventories
- Updating utility readings
- Checking compliance
- Various routine admin duties
Experience needed for this Property Administrator role:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivation as well as the ability and courtesy to work well in a team and be a team player.
- Administration experience preferred.
