Bid Coordinator
Location: Langley
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

**Salary**: £25,000 + Bonus

The Role
Administration
- Maintaining the tender workload
- Complete administrative elements of bid submissions, including Selection Questionnaires
- Arrange and lead bid kick-off meetings to determine a bid/no bid qualification
- Work closely with the team to ensure the overall bid systems and processes are followed
- Managing bid portals - responsible for renewing membership of online pre-qualification websites and keeping profiles
- Aid in submissions on the portals
- Managing internal inboxes
- Ensure information related to bids is communicated in a timely manner, including circulating clarifications and updates
- Keep up to date with all industry-relevant legislation

Content Creation and Maintenance
- Create strategic and operational relationships with the key personnel in the business
- Content creation and continuous improvement of the internal content library and internal communications of this (business updates)
- Industry market research - Research and identify opportunities for bids/submissions on frameworks and relevant websites for the UK Public Sector

Technical Skills
- Copy writing skills
- Good general level of education, able to communicate well at all levels, both verbally and through formal written correspondence
- High level of organisational / administrative skills
- Computer literate, with comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
