About the Job:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for Groundworks and Concrete Frame projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Analyse construction documents, specifications, and project requirements to deliver precise cost assessments.
  • Lead the bid process, including negotiations, to secure profitable outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Estimator role.
  • Proven experience as an Estimator within the Construction Industry.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard contract forms such as NEC JCT.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
