Windrush Care is a small independent and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients whom are able to continue living in their own homes.What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers is flexibility. Most of our other carers work around other jobs. family life and we truly believe in a healthy work-life balance.We offer a competitive hourly wage of - 12.70 per hour (Mon-Fri) 14.70 per hour (Weekends) enhancements for Bank holidays as well as 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards then back home)We have hours available between; 07.00am - 1000am11.30am - 14.00pm17.00pm - 21.30pmWhat makes Windrush care stand out from the restWhilst many of the benefits we offer can be found in other care companies what we truly believe is that Windrush Care cares None of our carers are seen as just a number or a resource to drain.
