We provide longer visits to family Carers to enable them to take a break from their caring role. No 15 minute visits We look after our staff so that they will look after our clients. **Work for us and you will soon see why our staff and clients don't want to leave our Outstanding charity** Enhanced payments for working evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will provide high quality, professional person centred care to our clients giving them their right to remain independent and dignified. Your role with us will be varied and interesting, therefore you will need to be adaptable, approachable and have a love of "care".
