Job descriptionWindrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine person-centred care and much needed support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. Windrush Care is a small independent and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients whom are able to continue living in their own homes.What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers is flexibility. Most of our other carers work around other jobs. family life and we truly believe in a healthy work-life balance. if you just wish to work earlies OR lates or a combination of the two that is fine with us.We offer a competitive hourly wage of - 12.70 per hour (Mon-Fri) 14.70 per hour (Weekends) enhancements for Bank holidays as well as 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards then back home)We are currently offering a 20 hour contractfor candidates who have availability between the hours below.Early shift from 17.00pm - 22.00pmWeek 1 (Mon-Fri) Week 2 - (3 days in week and the weekend availability)Extra hours are available if requiredWhat makes Windrush care stand out from the restWhilst many of the benefits we offer can be found in other care companies what we truly believe is that Windrush Care cares None of our carers are seen as just a number or a resource to drain.
