Come build it with us.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand Freshworks' partner ecosystem in the UK. Reporting to the International Head of Channels, this high-impact people manager role calls for a proven channel leader who thrives on building strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and executing innovative go-to-market initiatives.As Channel Sales Manager, you will oversee the UK channel ecosystem, including resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners. You will lead and mentor a team of channel account managers to achieve ambitious sales targets, foster partner success, and scale Freshworks presence across mid-market and enterprise segments. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of the UK SaaS and B2B software landscape with a passion for partner enablement and data-driven execution.What You'll Do - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers to deliver revenue and growth objectives. - Build and expand a high-value partner network, including resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances. - Define and execute the UK channel growth strategy in alignment with Freshworks international goals. - Drive joint business planning, partner enablement, and co-selling initiatives that accelerate performance and market share. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to strengthen partner engagement and pipeline generation. - Ensure operational excellence through performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic use of channel metrics. - Represent Freshworks as a trusted channel leader at key partner events, conferences, and executive meetings. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the team and partner network.
