Youll have the opportunity to:Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Support change management workforce planning and talent development initiativesChampion diversity inclusion and employee well-being programsSupport workplace health and safety (WHS) initiatives by providing education on compliance and promoting a safe work environment.Manage workplace injuries and return-to-work processes in collaboration with management and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with employment legislation policies and best practicesDrive engagement strategies that align with organisational goals.
