  • Review and understand operational processes that will be offshored
  • Understand timelines, volume and resource needed
  • Identify and implement area of improvement in current process
  • Document into an SOP and be able to recreate the process
  • Gather workflow requirements to ensure Indian team get visibility of work and workload stat is measured
  • Roll out with Indian colleagues in conjunction of business priorities and offshoring plan
