From developing impactful data dashboards and analytics to implementing AI solutions youll drive digital transformation and support the delivery of the SCC Workforce Strategy through enabling colleagues to spend more time on impactful work that makes a real difference.If youre passionate about shaping the future of HR through innovation this is your chance to make a real difference and deliver lasting value for colleagues and customers through improving our data and systems to unlock the potential of HR colleagues.Your role and responsibilitiesOn a typical day you will:Lead and manage HR data and systems projects ensuring theyre delivered on time and to a high standardBuild strong relationships with colleagues across the council keeping everyone engaged and informedOversee enhancements and optimisation of our HR systems including Oracle Fusion and digital platformsImplement AI solutions to improve service delivery and efficiencyDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools supporting data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with IT HR wider council services and external providers to ensure seamless system integrationYoull be at the forefront of digital change driving improvements and delivering lasting value for colleagues and customers.You will needA proactive innovative mindset and a passion for embracing new technologiesExperience with digital applications and project managementExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenThe ability to build and maintain high-performing teamsCreativity collaboration and a supportive approachYou can view a full list of requirements in the Job and Person Profile (Word).
