So if you want to be part of a diverse team where opportunities flow and fresh ideas are welcomed #JustAddWater.Main DutiesDeliver on the objectives of the commercial management strategy.Administer and optimise NEC4 contracts from high-volume activities to one-off high-value projects.Build trusted collaborative relationships with supply chain partners.Lead on commercial processes: change valuation disputes and final accounts.Assess and certify completed works payments and performance incentives.Monitor forecast and report on contract performance to enable informed decision-making.Spot opportunities to drive efficiency and innovation across contracts and processes.What were looking forWere keen to hear from candidates with: Strong background in contract administration and commercial management (ideally within NEC4). Financial management and analytical skills able to translate data into insight. Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence and negotiate. Experience managing disputes and resolving complex issues. Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying Contract Management or Civil Engineering.
