Lead on all commercial activities, including forecasting, reporting, procurement, and cost management. Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and compliantly. Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, supporting their professional growth and development. Drive and implement commercial strategies that support revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability. Manage subcontractor and materials procurement, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practice. What we're looking for To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in a commercial management position within the residential housebuilding industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a commercial team. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to prepare, analyse and report on forecasts and budgets. Full UK driving licence. You’ll be a confident communicator, commercially astute, and proactive in identifying opportunities and resolving challenges. Whats on offer?
