  • Service Levels: Ensure compliance with SLAs.

  • Permit to Work: Follow company and client requirements.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct monthly audits.
  • Maintenance: Manage PPM and reactive tasks via CAFM.
  • GMP Standards: Maintain cleaning standards.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call rota.
  • Client Relations: Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Train and brief staff.
  • Business Improvement: Drive profit and performance improvements.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Qualification in hard services industry.
  • Experience with TFM in pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments.
  • Proficient with CAFM and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Self-motivated, team player, adaptable.
  • Available for on-call duties.
