Our client a successful and well known family bakery within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our team.The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery environment.We have 2 x Day shift positions available working approx. (Apply online only) Monday to Friday with potential for overtime & Saturday AM hours.Main duties (not limited to): * Assist in baking and cooking various bakery items following recipes and guidelines * Prepare ingredients for baking, including measuring, mixing, and portioning * Slicing of bread ready for packing * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas * Adhere to food safety standards and procedures to ensure quality productsThe ideal candidate should: * Have some experience within a similar environment (not essential) full training will be given * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
