**Description**

Our client a successful and well known family bakery within the Highlands are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our team.

**This is a nightshift position working between the hours of 1800 - 0230am working 5/6 days per week Sunday - Friday (having every Saturday off).**

**Main duties (not limited to)**:

- Assist in baking and cooking various bakery items following recipes and guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for baking, including measuring, mixing, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures to ensure quality products
- Have some experience within a similar environment (not essential) full training will be given
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Have some previous experience of working a nightshift
