Bakery Assitant/barista

We are currently seeking a versatile team member to join our innovative and leading artisan bakery in Inverness. At The Bakery, we take pride in our specialization in sourdough, offering a unique and much-loved range of bread and pastries. We cater to a wide range of tastes, blending modern and traditional baking techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages alongside our renowned sourdough bread and pastries.
- Assist customers in making informed choices from our diverse bakery offerings.
- Fulfill customer orders, including preparing sandwiches on demand.

Working Hours: This is primarily a Monday to Friday position, with occasional Saturday shifts. The typical shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Flexibility in shift hours is important to accommodate the needs of our customers.
