This role is based in our specialist provision at King Edward Primary School (St Andrew Street, Mansfield, NG18 2RG)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an established SEND provision and with a fabulous team. This role involves assisting the teacher in the management/ preparation of resources and supporting pupils, giving adequate opportunity for developing independence, with learning activities.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching/ senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom, including assisting with the general care, mobility and personal hygiene needs of pupils.

This role is 37 hours per week, term-time only (following Nottinghamshire term dates), working - Monday - , Tuesday / Wednesday - , Thursday / Friday -

This role requires the postholder to have the ability to attend training at Stubbin Wood Special School on allocated training days and will follow Nottinghamshire term-time pattern.
