**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Claims and Insurance Administrator to join our growing Internal Audit, Risk & Insurance team. Helping to deliver Frasers Group claims and insurance programme by taking a holistic view of claims management from initial notification to settlement whilst ensuring accurate record keeping.

You will administer day-to-day insurance and liability claims activity
- ensuring matters are dealt with legal protocols. You will ensure timely provision of documentary evidence as a fast turnaround of responses and supply of information is imperative.

You will work closely with the Health and Safety team to ensure thorough investigation and comprehensive evidence gathering to ensure all claims are concluded in an appropriate and timely manner.

You will provide support to the Risk and Insurance Manager on the implementation of Frasers Group’s insurance strategy and assist in the ongoing management of the insurance programme including gathering information to support the procurement of Frasers Group’s insurance policies, maintaining insurance records, and supporting the processing and tracking of invoice

**Qualifications**:

- Solid administrative background
- Resilient and able to challenge stakeholders
- using problem solving skills to get to the bottom of complex cases
- Familiar with basic Excel formulas
- Willingness to learn
- curiosity in learning new processes and laws
- Claims and insurance exposure is advantageous but not essential
- Confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- Self-motivated and strong organisational skills
