Frasers Group are currently looking for a Property Administrative Assistant to join us at our Head Office in Shirebrook. At Frasers Group we’re rethinking retail. As a leader in the industry, we’re elevating the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.
**Job Description**:
- Assisting the Property Management team with day to day operations
- Answering phone calls from tenants and vendors and routing to the appropriate contact
- Providing tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of property management
- Providing a high quality of customer service, supporting Property Managers by producing and distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals and information packages
- Assisting with scheduling any site visits and coordinating with tenants
- Maintaining and updating all tenant contact information
- Maintaining reported Risk Management Policies and Incidents
- Managing the filing system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings, drawings, contracts and POs.
- Assisting with the coordination of rent/lease collections
- Processing any property related payments
- Updating the database for all freehold and leasehold properties
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a similar administrative role is essential, within property is desirable
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Confident working with databases and able to handle complex data
- IT Literate, able to confidently use MS Office Suite
