What you'll be doing;
- Operate the weighbridge systems and maintain accurate records in a timely manner
- Weighing in and out vehicles, 3rd party vehicles, deliveries & collections
- Provide prompt & efficient service to clients, 3rd third-party haulage subcontractors and to assist them wherever safe, practical and necessary
- Act as the first point of contact for any vehicles to resolve any issues/problems with the delivery/collection of the goods
- Assist the service coordinators by helping drivers with their day-to-day work
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Run Power BI reports
- Use Wimms system to manage driver's work, moving jobs, creating rounds
- Use Eco Online system to raise near misses
- Do daily depot walkaround checks
What we're looking for;
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good standard of Maths, English and IT
- Previous weighbridge knowledge is desirable
- Willing to learn and use yellow plant MHE
