About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Transportation team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Drainage team, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring seamless site visits, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and program reactive works tickets to ensure timely completion
  • Track outstanding works and collaborate with the emergency response team during severe weather events
  • Assist in investigations by collating relevant information and providing support as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with knowledge of the highway network
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to prioritize workload under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for daily duties
