We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Support Officer, working within the Customer Services Hub. The role requires agile working and the ability to travel across North Lanarkshire to support the operational needs of the Hub.

The duties of the post will include training, coaching, forecasting demand and a wide range of additional development activities.

You will have experience of coaching in a busy contact centre or customer focused environment and have a proven record of delivering training programmes. As well as excellent communication and IT skills you will demonstrate a positive, proactive approach with the ability to motivate and develop the culture of customer service. Ideally you will also have experience of working in a wider development role, however training will be provided if required. Knowledge of relevant IT systems, personnel procedures and policies, council departments and functions is desirable.
