Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and possess excellent communication and administrative skills. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Taylor Care is a family run care company, based in Fakenham Norfolk.
We are recruiting for an HR personnel to join our Head Office in Fakenham. Main duties will include:
Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts. Uploading records to our system Assisting with induction process. Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department eg Norfolk County Council and CQC Ensuring staff training is up to date Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars Minuting formal and informal meetings Entering employee data into computer database Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities Assisting with staff development, performance improvement plans and quarterly reviews Sickness/ absence reporting, completing return to work meetings Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency Assist with the application of HR policies and procedures.Essential skills and experience:
Previous experience with supporting HR processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office applicationsDesirable skills and experience:
Good knowledge of employment law Experience working in the care sector CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualificationsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
