Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Registered Care Manager who shares our passion for enhancing the lives of our clients. This role offers the autonomy of managing a Domiciliary Care branch while benefiting from the support of a well-established and respected organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and the highest quality of care for all clients.
  • Maintain the CQC/CIW registration for the branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and onboard new care staff, fostering a supportive environment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to facilitate the growth of the branch.
  • Conduct regular assessments of branch operations to ensure all client needs are met effectively.
  • Communicate and implement all policies and procedures within the branch.
  • Support the training and development of branch staff and caregivers.

About You:

To excel in this position, you should possess a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be committed to obtaining this qualification. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in accordance with CQC/CIW guidelines is essential, along with experience in a managerial role within the care sector. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also required.
