Salary: CO4 - £95,

Location: Hector McNeil House

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

As part of our strengthening of Inverclyde HSCP, we are searching for a new Head of Children & Families and Justice services. We are seeking an exceptional individual with compassion and excellent values that reflect the ambition of Inverclyde’s promise to its citizens to keep them safe, improving their wellbeing, reducing inequalities through the delivery of effective collaboration and whole-system partnership working.

You will be an experienced leader with energy and passion that leads from the front, creating the right vison and culture that is kind, compassionate and trauma informed. Relationships are at the heart of all we do in Inverclyde.

As an employee of both Council and Health Board you will require a sound understanding of the integration of health, social work and social care both strategically and operationally. You must be focussed on people, ensuring they receive high quality services that keeps them safe and improves their lives.

With a demonstrable track record of success in integrated delivery, you must hold a social work qualification and be SSSC registered. You must have the ability to develop
