About the Role:

As a Head Housekeeper at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents. You will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team, managing the cleaning schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and infection control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the housekeeping team to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our residents
  • Manage the cleaning schedule and allocate tasks to team members
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and infection control
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations
