We're spearheading the transition through the installation of in-home technologies; from smart meters and EV chargers to low carbon heating. Our smart energy and low carbon heating solutions mean our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes.

We're head-over-heels for Solar Panels - which provide an ultra-efficient and reliable way to harness the power of the sun and store this in highly efficient batteries for when your home needs it most. You'll get to know and learn to love them as much as we do at our £10m training and R&D centre, before hitting the ground running and educating our customers on these magical systems.

As a solar customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting customers once the sale of solar panels has closed. All our customers are passionate and excited for their green energy technology, so it's your job to keep that excitement up.We're looking for people who can join us on the front line, supporting customers with a passion for our mission and growing their career with us.

What you'll do
    • Support the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more
    • Collaborate with survey, installation teams and third party supplier to make the solar magic happen
    • Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers
    • Become an expert in solar with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all it's excitement
    • Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond
