What you'll be doing;

  • Lead a team to deliver key operations, ensuring all staff, visitors and contractors follow site rules
  • Ensure everyone on site (including contactors) are trained, inducted and monitored to ensure correct standard of working and adherence to site rules
  • Control waste reception, acceptance and disposal operations
  • Maintain and inspect mobile plant and equipment (e.g. yellow plant / screeners / weighbridge etc.) to ensure safe and compliant use & operation
  • Oversee safe construction projects (cell construction, quarrying activities, leachate/gas infrastructure development and site restoration)
  • Deliver site financial performance including CAPEX/OPEX/Budgets, projects and reporting of financial data; ensure achievement of budget
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and site administration including working knowledge of business applications
  • Manage and develop a successful team


What we're looking for;

  • Previous management experience of delivering multi activities on operational sites
  • Previous experience managing budgets, achievement of strategic goals
  • Previous experience of delivering services to a high standard of Safety and Compliance
  • Experience with plant equipment and other vehicles that maybe used onsite
  • The ability to lead and develop a high performing team
